The kitchen flows into the family room where you have a large, comfortable sectional, with an ottoman/coffee table to put your feet up on after a long day of skiing. Turn on the 55" flat screen TV and the stone-faced gas fireplace below it and settle down for the evening. Two french doors lead out onto a Juliet balcony with great views of Park Ave and the Town Lift.
Head down a few steps and you will be greeted with another bedroom with a queen bed, private en suite, and a flat screen TV. Also on this floor is the 1/2 bath and the access door to the private hot tub in the backyard. Use the hallway door to access the hot tub and you never have to walk through a bedroom to get there.
The bottom floor has another bedroom with a bunk bed. A full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top gives everyone the space they want with a private en suite. Additionally located on this floor is the laundry room.
The entry floor has a great cubby system to store you all of your gear including helmets and gloves as well as your ski apparel. Additionally located in the garage is a ski rack to store your equipment in a convenient location.
