To say Vail is planning on changing a few things in Park City is a bit of an understatement. Their plans to throw $50 million into connecting the Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort have just been released and they are wasting no time. The construction is suppose to take place next summer (2015), leaving Park City and, the soon to be, The Canyons at Park City, the largest ski resort in the United States for the winter of 2015-2016. Hello 7,300 acres of skiable terrain! Doesn't sound so bad to me. Hopefully Vail goes about the construction in the most efficient and environmental friendly manner.
